This organization, ran by a fantastic team, meets families at the hospital upon the birth of a child with Down Syndrome, in the home after their hospital stay or various other platforms for help & assistance. They provide the how’s, what’s and where’s to navigate a whole new world, that we think is pretty dang awesome!
